Relevant Experience:

 -       Masters in Social Sciences

-       At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience in livelihood programming

-       having the experience of Institutional Development will be an edge

-       Good writing speaking skills in Urdu and English

-       Good communication skills in local languages (Pushto, Brahvi, Balochi)

-       Excellent computer, writing and communication skills, including proven report writing skills.

Job Description:

  1. Implementing Livelihood activities in various districts of Baluchistan.
  2. Well versed regarding implementation steps of livelihood project.
  3. Ensuring timely implementation of livelihood activities.
  4. Managing project activities in the targeted union councils.
  5. Supporting field staff for the timely implementation of activities at field level.
  6. Documenting in the timely manner, all progress challenges, and learning for future implementation of similar projects and accountability.
  7. Lead assessment in the operational area for livelihood interventions.
  8. Conducting regular field visits to verify quality /progress of Livelihood Program interventions provide technical guidance and advice.
  9. Produce success stories of the project periodically (at least 06 monthly).
  10. Deal with schedules of trainings to the beneficiaries and take appropriate actions under directions of SPO.
  11. Regular facilitation, Monitoring & follow up to project beneficiaries.
  12. Deliver ongoing training and mentoring support to CBOs.
  13. Keep record of all trainings and prepare reports on timely manner.
  14. Have knowledge about village and union council plans development.
  15. Well versed with RSPs approach.
  16. Any other task assigned by the relevant supervisor
