Background: The position is for an international development project working to deliver social infrastructure across Pakistan.
Position Summary: Receptionist need to have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything that’s going in an organization, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place in office. Often be the first person that employees and potential clients see, so he/she should always be representing the company. Receptionist work at the front desk of organizations, greeting visitors and answering phone queries. The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Location: Islamabad
Reporting and Supervision: The Receptionist will report to Security Director.
