Key Responsibilities (Strategic KPIs)

The job holder is responsible to provide assistance to Manager Business Planning & Strategy in preparation of three year rolling business plan, corporate strategy and evaluation of financial proposals related to commercialization of projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Business Planning & Forecasting

• Assist in preparation of long-term business plans, budgets & mid-year forecasts for on-going projects
• Support  in the formulation of functional strategies &  drafting tactical plans

Financial Modelling

• Assist in developing comprehensive excel-based financial models incorporating underlying business drivers
• Provide support  in preparation of investment appraisals of new projects and initiatives across the company

Project Reporting

• Prepare monthly performance review pack for project performance reporting

Capital Budgeting Analysis

• Carry out capital budgeting, TVM analysis, opportunity cost analysis and cost allocations for projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Detail oriented and timeline driven with an emphasis on accuracy and results
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is required

Experience & Educational Qualification

• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent with preferably 3.5/4.0 CGPA or equivalent or above from a well reputed HEC recognized University;
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization
