Civil Works Supervisor

General Background & Position Description:

The Commercial Team is responsible for the improvement of Commercial department of MEPCO, under this improvement action plan PDP plans to upgrade all the subdivision offices by providing them new furniture and white wash of buildings. This will ensure better customer services facility and improve the working environment of the employees. 

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum Qualification Graduation or equivalent, preference will be given to Diploma in Civil engineering  
• Minimum One year of work experience   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and word
• Proficient in speaking and writing Urdu; with excellent communication and inter-personal Skills

Job Description:

• Working as a site supervisor during renovation of sub divisional offices of Multan circle;
• Developing a work plan for project execution;
• Dealing with contractor and MEPCO staff;
• Monitoring contractor progress and performance;
• Performing quality assurance checks;
• Reporting day to day activities to Customer services manager;

• Other tasks assigned by the Team Lead CO&I / Team Lead Commercial.

Note: Project will end by September 2015
