Job Description:

Dimension:
The GRO will directly reports to Store Manager and works in supervision of shift manager.
GRO Accountabilities:
- Hospitality Ambassador - creates Golden mometns of your guests in lobby.
- Warmly welcome guests at entrance and showing gratitude at leaving.
- Assists with guest needs in lobby.
- Updates regarding all promotions.
- Receives guests feedback and handle complains.
- Periodically measures and maintain the Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards in lobby.
- Managing crew staff in lobby.
- Distribute premiums to the kids.
