Ensure work planning, rework schedule management, color sequence plan, filling plan and transfer monitoring.
Implement monthly product planning and production process.
Ensure ISO documentation and Quality system implementation.
Ensure Safety and safety trainings and to minimize incidents.
Involves independent planning under direction of DH-Production for total powder coating production which goes on for 24 hours in 3 shifts and to handle independent planning issues with team.
Implement EHS policies & procedures department wide.
Production Process Enhancement.
Wastage reduction production capacity improvement to improve production and capacity.
Capacity improvement in terms of time saving.
