Proposal Summary: The initial objective for the project would be to counter violent extremism and build a foundation for political and social development in conflict-prone communities in Pakistan. This project is issued under the USAID Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI).

Position Summary: Under supervision of the Chief of Party (COP), the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will manage programmatic aspects of the program. S/he will supervise the activity development staff and other staff involved in activity development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. There will be two DCOP positions; one DCOP based in Sindh Province and one DCOP based in Punjab Province. Each province will have an office that the respective DCOP will manage.
