Assistant Manager -
Financial Operations

Qualification: MBA Finance , CA-Inter/ Finalist, ACMA.

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years related work experience in supervising Finance department of reputable organization/ financial institution.

Knowledge / Skills:

• Must be familiar with Oracle Payment module.

• Must possess strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of MFI ordinance, IAS, companies’ ordinance and income tax ordinance.
• Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills

The major role of this position will be to supervisor the day to day activities of finance department of the bank, review the variance report and fund management in the branches.  

• Responsible for generating statement of affairs of Bank and ensure that adequate accounting records and internal control systems are properly maintained.
• Ensure that consolidation of all branches financial statements to Head Office is on time.
• Responsible for monthly closing activity of Financial Statements of bank which will include but not limited to review of Monthly accruals, Depreciation run, Amortization schedule, Interbranch advices.
• Review the Bank Reconciliation and ensure timely and accurate reconciliation.
• Review the Bank Payment Vouchers and assure that payments are paid on time and ensure internal controls over payment.

• Ensure that fixed assets register of Bank is properly maintained and updated and also ensure the insurance of fixed assets.
• Review the Interbranch reconciliation and ensure the settlement of transit entries on time.
• Guide the Regional Finance Officers for any issue related to finance in the branches.
