Job Description:
Provide general day to day HR & Commercial Support as part of the Group HR/Commercial Function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments

Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports

Keeping record of the daily attendance

Coordiation with Regional Offices regarding HR & Commercial Matters

Preperation of Tender Documents

Looking for Tender Advertisements in Newspaper and on different Websites

Coordination with Clients for preperation of Clients Contract

Preperation and submission of HR & Commercial Reports as and when required
Skills & Qualification:
- Qualified to deree level in a relevant subject
- Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills

Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information
