Relevant Experience and Skills:

  1. University education required
  2. Three years of work experience in development sector, experience working with international organization or government highly desirable
  3. Strong written English skills
  4. Ability to work, live and travel extensively in Karachi
  5. Ability to work and deliver against defined deadlines.
  6. Ability to work as a member of a dynamic team with varied reporting lines. Understands the difference between coordinating with team members and directly reporting to supervisors.
  7. Speak and comprehend English, Udru and Sindhi. 

Job Description:

  • Completion of final evaluation reports which entails analysis of various documents.
  • Identify lessons learned, constraints, and project impacts based on determined theme and/or sector for inclusion in FERs
  • Undertake comprehensive analysis of large numbers of projects based on history of site visits. Be able to present findings to M&E Coordinator in a concise and professional manner
  • Participate in professional training and development activities as necessary
  • Contribute to the development of the program team by modeling positive and productive professional work relationships
  • Represent the program positively and professionally in both internal and external environments.
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Undertake site visits, conduct detailed M&E review as per M&E Plan, and write up findings (RMR – routine monitoring report)
