Major Outputs/deliverables;

The consultant is expected to complete the following tasks.

• The consultant will submit finalized working paper clearly mentioning the methodology of study along with tools (questionnaires etc) before going to the field. Consultant will make changes based on feedback of RDP team.
• The consultant will share/present draft report with RDP for feedback
• The consultant will incorporate changes based on feedback (if any)
• The consultant will submit Final Report for RDP approval.
• The consultant will present Final Approved Report to RDP team.

2. Technical Proposal ( maximum 650 words)

This section should include the technical details over the methodto be adopted by the organization during the course assignment. How the organizations intend to conduct policy, procedure and system review how will the consulting firm record the data and propose the revisions in the systems. Which method will be used to collect the data? Which method will be used to carry out the research? What will be the design of organizational manual? What features will it have.

3. Tools and Techniques (maximum 250 words)

Please define the tools and techniques to be used during the course of study. How you will develop the tools and does your organization have experience to develop the customized tools and adopt these. What will be the techniques used during the course of study to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of interventions.

4. Work plan

Please provide a detailed work plan on the mentioned format.
