Job Description:

Assistant Manager ITDP&M ensures that the IT systems are adequate to handle PTCL’s daily activities

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Requirement analysis and elaboration with requirement initiator
  • Requirement finalization with all relevant stakeholders
  • Development/ Configuration of requirement in relevant application
  • UAT of the change request
  • Verification of change request after deployment
  • Post deployment support on newly incorporated requirements

Ensure systems quality

  • Pilot test and debug IT/IS systems before installation
  • Ensure stakeholders readiness before  system rollouts

Control activities

  • Ensure compliance to customer requirements
  •  Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
