Hiring of Consulting Firms/ Service Providers for Feasibility Study and Transaction Advisory Services
The Punjab Enabling Environment Project (PEEP) is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to support the Government of Punjab in improving business environment for the livestock, dairy, and horticulture sub-sectors. The project is working to build a strong business enabling and policy environment to help boost private sector investment in the three sub-sectors.
USAID PEEP invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of reputed Consulting Firms/Service Providers specializing in Technical Advisory Services (TAS) to encourage new investments in the livestock, dairy, and horticulture sub-sectors in Punjab. A Transaction Advisory Service is a series of financial, technical, commercial, and legal advisory services leading to a bankable project for potential investors.
Scope of Work:
- Preparation of feasibility study to assess viability of proposed investments. Feasibility study should cover financial, technical, environmental, commercial and legal aspects.
- Establishment and delivery of transaction advisory services to PEEP’s partners in livestock, dairy, and horticulture sub-sectors under its TAS Program along with the preparation of transaction documents including bidding and legal documents, draft agreements, and marketing and growth strategy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have demonstrated experience of at least 10 years of preparing technical and financial feasibilities as well as developing and implementing financial, technical, commercial and legal advisory services leading to bankable projects. Experience to support investments in livestock, dairy and horticulture subsectors will be an advantage.
- Ability to develop investment cases/business plans for key required investments. Capability to undertake transaction advisory services under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is highly desired.
