Position Title: Program Associate

Summary:Program Associate works with GoP partner organizations’ staff in KP at the community level to meet with beneficiaries to identify and create appropriate assistance packages. Acts as main point of contact for local community CBOs and NGOs, local government representatives, and tribal representatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact between GoP, local partner organizations, and community members;
- Design tailored assistance packages for beneficiaries with guidance from Regional Liaison Officer;
- Collect all necessary data and records from program activities for monitoring and evaluation purposes;
- Maintain case files of the beneficiaries;
- Perform vetting of beneficiaries;
- Maintain record of photos of beneficiaries from the field;
- Assist Regional Liaison Officer in the formation of CACs;
- Maintain regular communications with CAC members as well as beneficiaries;
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Secondary Degree;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Pasto;
- Previous experience with social work or community mobilization in KP or FATA communities;
- Demonstrated knowledge of available service providers, both GoP, non-governmental, and private, in the KP and FATA regions;
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field;
- Previous experience as a social worker or community mobilzer in the KP or FATA regions;
- Previous experience working on a donor funded community assistance program.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel to regional offices and worksites; up to 75%
