An International Humanitarian Organization urgently requires the services of an experienced and dynamic professional for the positions of Nutrition Assistants/LHV at Gujranwala and Gujrat for its SC Project in Punjab.

Job Description:
• Carry out site assessments and mapping of sites on need basis.• Screening of children and pregnant and lactating women and maintain the screening register/reports at the nutrition site.• Screening of children and pregnant and lactating women and maintain the screening register/reports at the nutrition site.• Follow up of SFP beneficiaries under the supervision of the nurse if the caseload of the site is high.• Managing the nutrition site in the absence of the Nurse/supervisor.• Preparing data of malnourish children and women and due reporting to the FO.• Preparing the supplies stock register, SFP/OTP reporting documents.• Ensuring strong referral system and awareness raising of community on relevant information.• Providing relevant filed support to the supervisors and other colleagues.• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
