Job Description:
Manager Technical Support South oversees maintenance and internal IT Operations of PTCL (South sites). Provides Technical support to I.e. (Network, Software and Hardware Support).
Managing and leading the Team of IT Professionals for South IT operations (Assistant Managers and Tech Support Officers ) Specialized in Technical Support , Networks Support & System Support, IT Operations
Develop policies /SOP regarding User Tech Support and IT infrastructure.
Technical Support Monitoring/Maintenance of IT infrastructure PTCL.
Supervise Level -1 user support and level 2 (Desktop/LAN/AV/email) to intranet users (South).
Management of Software Licensing. Administration.
Ensure Technical support: Ensure the proper installation and configuration of software, and hardware
Coordinate with vendors: Coordinate with vendors for use of latest technology like software packages and hardware accessories
Monitor performance of IT operations: Analyze feedback from end users regarding the functionality of IT services support such as email, networking, software and hardware.
Undertake performance management: Monitor and evaluate reporting employees and Provide performance reports of IT Helpdesk Support Staff to Senior Management
Note: Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in required.
