Job Description:

  • Manager Technical Support South oversees maintenance and internal IT Operations of PTCL (South sites). Provides Technical support to I.e. (Network, Software and Hardware Support).
  • Managing and leading the Team of IT Professionals for South IT operations (Assistant Managers and Tech Support Officers ) Specialized in Technical Support , Networks Support & System Support, IT Operations
  • Develop policies /SOP regarding User Tech Support and IT infrastructure.
  • Technical Support Monitoring/Maintenance of IT infrastructure PTCL.
  • Supervise Level -1 user support and level 2 (Desktop/LAN/AV/email) to intranet users (South).
  • Management of Software Licensing. Administration.
  • Ensure Technical support: Ensure the proper installation and configuration of software, and hardware
  • Coordinate with vendors: Coordinate with vendors for use of latest technology like software packages and hardware accessories
  • Monitor performance of IT operations: Analyze feedback from end users regarding the functionality of IT services support such as email, networking, software and hardware.
  • Undertake performance management: Monitor and evaluate reporting employees and Provide performance reports of IT Helpdesk Support Staff to Senior Management

Note: Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in required.
