Provide all Petroleum Engineering input for optimized development and exploitation of reserves by means of sound reservoir management practices.
Key Accountibilities : • Production monitoring and update of well models. • Prepare production forecasts for fields / wells using analytical models. • Support production reporting. • Evaluate the dynamic reservoir properties and well deliverabilities for the purpose of reservoir and well modeling. • Maintain and update reservoir and production database and monitor reservoir and production parameters on regular basis. • Provide input for reservoir simulation studies. • Prepare routine production test procedures and programs. • Conduct frac and stimulation design studies and post job analysis. • Evaluate gas well de-liquification options. • Perform QC (including onsite) of well testing and rigless interventions. • Plan and evaluate production tests, DSTs, well completions and rigless workover activities to optimize production. • Perform well test interpretation and material balance calculations. • Coordinate with service companies and consultants to supervise studies and completion and testing activities. Qualification : • University Degree (BS / MS) in Petroleum Engineering from an HEC recognized institution. Experience : • Minimum 6 (six) year experience as Petroleum Engineer. • Experience in planning and supervising completion and workover operations. • Good understanding of pressure and rate metering requirements / techniques. • Be well versed in production monitoring and reporting software (OFM / FieldPro). • Be well versed in Nodal analysis and well test interpretation (Petroleum Experts IPM and PanSystem).
