General Objectives:

 

Objective 1: HR Database maintenance

TASK & RESPONSABILITIES

 

  1. 1.       HR Database maintenance

-          To ensure that all the data is entered into the HR Database on a monthly basis

-          To control the HR Databases for each month, and ensure the updated database is sent to Capital for salary

-          To work under supervision of HR Officer to update taxes and EOBI on HR Database when it's requested.

-          To inform the HR Coordinator of any changes that need to be made to the Database

-          To ensure the salaries are paid correctly

 

2.            Recruitment support

-       Collection of Recruitment Request Form, proper approvals and forwarding to capital for processing

-       Assisting in shortlist, organizing Test/interview, job offers and contract follow up.

 

3.            HR Record Keeping

-         Oversee the preparation of HR documents according to HR Personal File Index

-       Maintaining Copy of Employee Personal File and timely sending the original to Capital

-       Regular upadation of files and Memorandams from Capital

-       Assisting Line Managers and supervisors on timely and effective Performance Appraisals

-       Attendance Record Keeping

 

4.            Follow-up cook and cleaners work schedule

-          To ensure all  individuals (Cook & Cleaner) perform their jobs as necessary

-          To act as liaison between the expat staff and cleaners (translating when necessary)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA - HR

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

 

  • Maintaining confidentially
  • Honesty, reliability, punctuality
  • Autonomy and sense of responsibility
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English and using computer especially Excel software
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Conduct all duties in a professional manner following the Pakistan HR Manual and ACF Charter
  • Flexible and adaptable with regards to the implementation of the daily work and effectively managing multiple assignments
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with ACF staff and organization stakeholders

 

PREFERRED

  • Capacity of analysis, synthesis and reporting
  • Previous experience working for NGOs an asset
