Job Description & Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Receiving messages for the concerned persons in their absence and conveying it to them
Handling Guests and Clients
Giving introduction of company services and terms to clients on phone/walk in
Mail Handling
Maintenance of phone record, courier record, maintaining and updating database, maintenance of daily mail register, Incoming and outgoing register.
maintenance of attendance record
Provide support to staff and to ensure proper officer cleanliness
Managing the Staff leave record and updating of monthly leave record.
Sending faxes for hotel reservation to the concerned persons and maintenance of the reservation record.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, well presented and good communication skills.
