Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Receiving messages for the concerned persons in their absence and conveying it to them
  • Handling Guests and Clients
  • Giving introduction of company services and terms to clients on phone/walk in
  • Mail Handling
  • Maintenance of phone record, courier record, maintaining and updating database, maintenance of daily mail register, Incoming and outgoing register.
  • maintenance of attendance record
  • Provide support to staff and to ensure proper officer cleanliness
  • Managing the Staff leave record and updating of monthly leave record.
  • Sending faxes for hotel reservation to the concerned persons and maintenance of the reservation record.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, well presented and good communication skills.
