Network Internee

Two internees required for a period of three (03) months. The term of internship may be extended.

1.0 JOB TITLE

1.1 Network Internee

2.0 REPORTING FUNCTION

1. Internee reports directly to Immediate Supervisor/APM Networks.

3.0 BASIC FUNCTION

1. To provide technical support to bandwidth clients network monitoring.

2. To interact with PSEB customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the services being provided by PSEB.

4.0 RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of IP Network at customer end.

2. Responsible for basic level of troubleshooting.

3. Providing technical and network support to the customers as per guidelines of his supervisor.

4. Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

5.0 WORKING CONDITIONS

5.1 Hours per week: 40 hrs

5.2 Timings: Working in shift

Education
Must	Degree	Degree Level	Country	Description
	Bachelors	Bachelors Degree (4 Years)	Pakistan	Fresh Computer graduate or equivalent from a reputable HEC recognized university with fundamental knowledge of networking technologies.
	CCNA	Certification		CCNA certification would be preferred
