Education Requirements:

Work Experience:

  • 2 years of related work experience;
  • Related experience with donor organizations, particularly USAID, is a plus.

Job Description:

The Training Officer is responsible to coordinate all training interventions and keep up with student progress on a daily basis. Duties include:

  • Record training plan and training program;
  • Record results of evaluation and training;
  • Organize training by reviewing the list of participants, distributing training materials, monitoring trainees/students;
  • Organize venues and participant logistics;
  • Coordinate with training providers;
  • Manage Participant’s data;
  • Develop final reports on training interventions;
  • Assist Training Manager in planning, scheduling, organizing, and implementing training interventions, as needed;
  • Coordinate with Contracts Specialist on any contractual issues;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
