Key Accountibilities : • Plan, schedule and monitor maintenance activities enabling coordination between maintenance & production departments. • Utilize CMMS & SAP System to achieve optimum efficiency of resources, minimum down-time and maximum availability. • Lead the implementation of S-RCM & RBI strategies and its integration with CMMS system to maximize plant reliability with minimized repetitive failures. • Plan, organize and execute plant annual turnaround safely & successfully within planned duration and available budget. • Prepare and circulate monthly & annual KPI based performance analysis reports to provide feed back for continual improvement. • Lead and ensure the compliance of HSE policies and procedures with maintenance activities by utilization of JSA, Risk Assessment, PTW & regular audits. • Lead daily job review, monthly performance evaluation and turnaround meetings to provide feed back for the continual improvement to achieve the business goals. • Co-ordinate with warehouse to ensure timely and coordinated availability of parts, materials, special tools and processing of service requests for efficient work execution. Qualification : • BE (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical) from an HEC recognized institution. Experience : • Minimum 7 years experience within the Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry with minimum 3 years experience as Maintenance Planner. • Knowledge of problem solving & Root Cause Analysis. • Technical expertise in maintenance of plant equipments. • Knowledge of HSE systems, crisis resolution skills & problem solving skills. • Fluency in English, proven communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office. • Working knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems, operational and financial planning is essential.
