Requirements:
MBBS/ MPH/ Community Health or Social Sciences University Degree.
6+ year’s Professional experience on same level position.
Previous Experience with International organizations will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
To ensure program effectiveness by having regular meeting with the beneficiaries and the program management.
To ensure the coordination of services by regular meeting with partner NGOs.
To do frequent visits to the project sites and identify the requirements and needs of the health facilities.
To evaluate the performance of staff.
To design and implement the upgraded skills as needed in health facilities.
To identify and report problems which interfere in achieving program targets.
To provide monthly report of program activities to the senior management.
To participate actively in training program as a trainer.
