Requirements:        

  • MBBS/ MPH/ Community Health or Social Sciences University Degree.  
  • 6+ year’s Professional experience on same level position.
  • Previous Experience with International organizations will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure program effectiveness by having regular meeting with the beneficiaries and the program management. 
  • To ensure the coordination of services by regular meeting with partner NGOs.
  • To do frequent visits to the project sites and identify the requirements and needs of the health facilities.
  • To evaluate the performance of staff.
  • To design and implement the upgraded skills as needed in health facilities.
  • To identify and report problems which interfere in achieving program targets.
  • To provide monthly report of program activities to the senior management.
  • To participate actively in training program as a trainer.
