Mental Health Coordinator

Requirements:         

• MBBS from HEC Recognized University. MPH will be preferred.
• Previous experience in Mental Health will be an edge.
• 5+ year’s Professional experience on same level position.
• Previous Experience with International organizations will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange initial meetings with team to develop work plan.
• Identifying type of mental health problems in the community.
• Work with members to achieve their identified goals and facilitate access to appropriate mental health services including talking therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or Brief Therapy. 
• To carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in the light of the main purpose of the job.
• To source and attend mental health forum meetings and coordinate with other organizations if required.
• Produce regular monitoring reports and share with relevant supervisor.
• Supervise regularly the activities of Psychologists and Counseling.
• To comply with organization’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety policies.
