KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
· Develop detailed implementation plan on monthly basis alongwith monitoring and supervision plan and ensure that all activities are completed as envisaged in the annual work plan.
· Monitor and supervise project activities in the field.
· Close coordination and collaboration with the provincial and district stakeholders including Provincial Health Department and the health programs.
· To support and coordinate provincial activities including meetings, workshops, launch/s etc. and provide support in managing the relevant budgets.
· Provide necessary technical and organizational and any other support to conduct workshops/ seminars/ meetings/advocacy events.
· To prepare and submit regular process documentation of all activities, meetings and relevant events.
· Assist in preparation and dissemination of publications, protocols and other documents.
· To ensure that updated database of all project activities is maintained.
· To oversee timely and effective reporting on both programme and finance in accordance with donor requirements and SC policies and procedures.
· Facilitate and manage the project review meetings and monitoring visits as scheduled in the workplan.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· MBBS/MSc or equivalent alongwith Masters in Public Health.
· 3-5 years experience in the health sector – preferably in maternal, newborn and child health
· Experience of working with international and national organizations and government agencies at the provincial level preferably for advocacy projects
· Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
· Report Writing
· Ability to work well under unstable security environments, and/or administrative and programmatic pressures.
· Computer literacy
· Good leadership skills
